So up until recently Ive never really wore a harness. Ive had one, but never wore it. I always just "knew" what my limitations were. Recently, because I'm getting ready to get out from behind the wand again, Ive started wearing it to learn how to move around safely, not spray the rope, etc.....

I just found out that Chris had a major heart attack Sunday night. One of his arteries was 95% blocked. He had a stent put in and is doing better. He said he is supposed to be released tonight. Our prayers go out to him and his family for a quick recovery.
