I set an appointment to come back in a day or two for a free spot cleaning/demo. I try to make sure that both spouses are present for it and I go for the close with a written estimate and a pitchbook. This seems to work okay, but you have a better method please share it!

This house came out great! We washed the whole roof and rinsed it! The areas that looked clean werent. The home owner came home early to watch. And I'm glad he did! Here the pics!
