Does anyone have their own SH tank on their property?  I talked with a customer of a supplier today. Has anyone used "Dichlor" in place of SH?  Dichlor has 55% available chlorine, less expensive the SH and is more stable.  I would like to try some but can't figure the mix to water ration to be the equivalant of 12.5% SH.  any suggestions or comment on experiences? Thanks Slugo

I did some searching and can't find an exact answer to why to use hot water? I read about doing roofs in cold weather and see the possible assistance that may help out with, but is it usually used in conjunction with TSP only.  Not thinking I'm gonna need to use TSP in my mixture.

I was talking to Lori today finalizing equipment needs and I asked her if she knew how long the SH smell stays at a job site? I'm looking at ordering the Green Apple so it won't be an issue, but my first roof or two will be done without it.

I always soak the ground with running hoses, directly below the roof edge and near downspouts. I do this 1st and throughout the course of the job, with the plants tarped. Then I remove the tarps and water the plant tops etc too. It would be nice, if a Chlorine Neutralizer existed, that would not be harmfu...
