This is Mark with Krystal Klean Pressure Washing. when I soft wash no matter how many bottles of Gain I put .it won't stick. On a 70/30 mix or 80/20 or 60/40 I use 32oz. of hang tite and maybe 3 bottles of Gain and the runoff is terrible. why??

I washed a roof Monday and my spotter did not rinse the bleach off the colored cement. . It dried up with the sun and there are spots that are white. Any idea how to remove it. I tried pressure washing the cement but nothing.
