You might want to try some testing and market this as a preventive measure like spraying once a year. You might be able to get one homeowner to be the guinea pig for the cost of chemicals only and see if moss grows back or it you can keep it a bay with a yearly spraying.
I am curious and I'm sure some others are also, but what do you charge for a roof like the ones you have been posting? You may be able to price your preventive measures just under the cleaning depending on how many years it is between now and when it grows back. maybe an every other year thing.
Just some suggestions as if the moss comes back you can catch it before it gets a foot hold and keep it under control.
Yeah I do that but its the public we are dealing with, when I call them a year later they act like im a telemarketer or somn its crazy. I have been sending emails once a year for yearly treatment programs so someone doesnt have to scrape or pressure wash. I charged 1500 for this roof we were both tied off and took 2 people all day.
