Vinyl Windows Turning Orange

Every once in a blue I run into vinyl windows that turn a rustic color from SH. Even happens with house wash mix which is far weaker than roof mix. I can fade it out a bit with Gutter Grenade but not 100%. I dont know what causes this or how to detect which vinyl windows it will happen to.

what's the cause of those black streaks on the outside of the gutters? if you notice it's on the top of white mail boxes, white fences and so on.
