There's not too many tile roofs in Tallahassee, but did this one today! Used a 35% mixture, no TSP, No Borax, but lots of surfactant/soap. Wasn't completely dry in the "after" pictures.

This 8 building condo roof was cleaned with our no-pressure chemical mix. We also cleaned the buildings and concrete.

Cleaned this tile roof for a customer in Placido Bayou, St. Petersburg. It turned out great and he was thrilled. Had me do his church too.

How many of you have had problems with relays on 12 volt roof pumps? This is heavy dudy starter relay mosy commonly found on mid 90's ford pickups. It is sealed so no contacts are exposed to the elements unlike a normal plastic relay. They can be found at your local auto parts supply.
