Removing Tar on Shingles leaking from chimney stack

I have a roof with bad black stains on it from a power vented chimney. The stains seem to be oil from the boiler for the building. Does anyone have a solution that would clean this? I would assume that multiple applications would be necessary for full removal. Looking for your expert any ideas?

Oxidation on vinyl siding

I have tried several different SH %. I have had problems with eastern southern and western exposures here in central FL, attempting to remove the oxidation from vinyl siding. If anyone has any suggestions other than handwashing please respond . Thank You

We ran out of our stock of GAIN Now all we can find is ULTRA GAIN I know you guys mentioned not to use ULTRA GAIN. What is the best alternative Sorry, I haven't been on the forum in ages. Not sure if you guys changed up the mix or not, but last time I thought Gain was what you were using.
