If your going to let mother nature remove the moss you must explain in detail to the customer how that will work at the time of sale. I have not had any problems collecting the job as long as this was done properly. We also have customers like Realtors and homeowners that are selling the home that want instant results in which we then will rinse the moss off and we charge accordingly.
