Hey Eric how big is your bucket truck? I have been looking at a 450 with a 28' boom, but I'm not sure that the boom is long enough.
Mine is 32 feet. I would sugguest getting a 42 footer with an articulating bucket, if you are shopping around. I get a good bit of use out of my 32 ft but, that extra 10ft would come in handy on some jobs! I would also sugguest that the truck has AC....mine unfortunately, does not!
All equiptment has been taken off of the trailer. New set up has begun! Ordered the stacking kit for my Titan hose reels from Bob @ Pressure Tek. The other big accomplishment for today was hooking up my Sirius Satellite radio! Got to have my tunes. LOL More progress planned for tomorrow, deciding on the layout sucks, don't want to drill holes before I know exactly where everything is going to be placed.
Today's project was installing Dupli-Color BED ARMOR. This is the first time I used this product, I previously used Herculiner but, that product has been discontinued. I figure it will give me a little more traction than the stainless floor. Even If it only lasts one season I feel it was money and time well spent.

Looks good Eric, are you going to put your tanks in the upper loft area? In one picture it looks like you painted your feet black! Lol
Thanks guys
I am going to use the loft area for storage. The tanks are going to be placed along the back wall under the loft, leaving a small walkway so I can access the loft area. At least thats the plan for now! LOL
Hose reels, air compressor, tanks and Hydrotek are installed. Waiting on another 5850 and some misc parts from Bob at Pressure Tek to finish up the build!

Finally, I am 95% finished with this build and used the new set-up for the first time today! It took a bit longer than I expected but, I am very pleased with the results. I added a new pump in addition to the 5850 and ALL FLO that I had been using and hard lined my chemical and H20 tanks to make mixing easier without having to pour chemicals or water to my mix tank. I installed an exhaust fan and am going to add an exhaust hose for my air compressor which will vent through the floor of the truck. I also need an exhaust deflector for the Hydro Tek unit but, that will come later and need to add another Titan hose reel to my stacking unit for my pressure washing hoses. I still have a little bit of wiring to "tidy" up and some fine tuning with my hoses but, all and all, she's done! Now, I can move on to the outside of the truck and start the design of my lettering to get my rolling billboard some attention.
Nice build Eric! The setup is very clean and organized. How do you like working out of the box van vs. your open trailer? Keep us posted with pics ....I'm anxious to see the outside.
