I designed one flyer the covers all that we offer: Roof Washing, Siding Washing, and concrete pressure washing.  I designed these with a space that I could write a note to the homeowner with a sharpie.  I then developed a note for each of the things we clean.  One for those with dirty roofs, one for those needing siding cleaned and one for those with concrete drives.

Then I went to me local printer and wrote out the note with a sharpie and they superinposed them over my flyer.  I had them them print some of each.  Now when we drive a neighborhood I simply leave the flyer with the hand written sharpie note for the problem that we see.  They look just like we stopped and wrote each homeowner a personal note.

Even had two homeowners who also own other businesses call me to ask how I did that.  One owns a home trash pickup company and offered me to put flyers in his quarterly invoices that he mails out as he wants to provide new things to his customers.
