Dont have the answer on the box truck part of it. The Duramax that is in that will be good to you! I have (2) 2002 duramax diesels and they havent cost me a dime!! just keep eye on the injectors, the injectors start acting up between 150K--200K. Still a great motor.

great i was actually worried about that.. the truck is in great conditions, but the motor has 230k on it... actually its a Chevy, not GMC, i know they are technically the same company, but maybe a different engine? Anything else i should look for?

GMC or CHEVY same motor. I haven't had any issues with my GMC except tires and brakes. Truck still get good mpg 15-17 mpg around town and low 20 mpg on highway. Injectors are easy to spot and a good mechanic can spot them. I just did one of my trucks @ 237,000 miles... Injectors were around 300.00 per(8) injectors. Diesel is more buy the gallon but a diesel van will get twice the mpg a gas van does

nice, this guy wants $3995 for it. But i was going to just bring 3k cash and offer him 2700 at first.. see what they say... i was a little worried about the miles, but i know diesels will last for ever.

perfect. I'm not going crazy on tank size either.. i have (2) 150's.. and am using a air pump and ridgid compressor.

If I didn't have (1) of my pick-ups already designated for my build. I would be looking @box truck! Cab-Forward Isuzu or Mitzubishi diesel. Great MPG and big BillBoard.

yeah man i would love to get a cab forward, but they are just so expensive... down the road, my business plan calls for 4 trucks... so hopefully by then ill be able to get the cab forwards..

it all comes down to marketing really.... and thats one thing i've been concentrating on HUGE since last august.. just getting all my ducks in order

well guys. the 10 footer was just too small! I'm not looking for another truck... so freaking pissed, i wanted to get that taken care of and start putting everything together tomorrow.. now instead im looking for more trucks on craigslist!

Why was it to small? Are you going to use 12v system or Air powered system! I have been kicking the tires on a regular cargo van that has the cab divider. I was going to try to make the cab divider vapor tight and install electric fans that vent the cargo box. I was also going to vent the tanks directly out of the van. I know this post will spark some people warning about the fumes and I'm aware of them. But Cargo vans are cheap and there are thousands of them here in NH.

If your going to add pressure washing to your business a 10 footer will be way to small, I had a 14 footer and that was still cutting it close, I would go with a 16 footer with a lift gate.

this would be the ultimate pressure washing truck. plenty of room for hot water skid units, tanks, storage for all types of other cleaners, surface cleaners, rain gear, roof cleaning equipment, back up equipment and etc. the lift gate would be well appreciated, It would take all the guess work out of how to get things in the truck.

Their is nothing like have a loaded truck ready to go every morning instead of unloading and reloading preparing for the next day, just jump in the truck every morning and go to work.

i have a air system.. the tanks themselves are 3'x4'. And a 10 foot box is only about 6'6" across. so they barely fit side by side and have room for my clean outs.. then i have the compressor, pump and reel.. my pump will fit right under the reel. but after that theres pretty much zero room left... i found a few 14ft cab forwards im going to look at.

it definitely would be, but i want to try and get them on seperate trucks. that way i can have a crew pressure washing, and a crew for roofs... especially because decks can take a bit to have them all finished... and id rather not have the roofing customers wait.

10 to 14 feet is plenty big for a Box. Just a word to the wise, there is nothing wrong with a Wrap, as long as you can READ it.

I see many Wraps that are So Busy, the message/call to action gets LOST in all the bullchit.

Keep it simple, a good before and after pic says it all, but make sure you can see and READ the phone number.
