PS: If anyone wonders why I put Pressure Washing First, it's because that's what everyone around here thinks of when the need a roof cleaned. At least 8 out of 10 say the want a price on pressure washing their roof. PLUS, I do regular pressure washing on all but roofs anyway.

I have found that local guys here in the Tampa area are NOT competitive, except the people I used to get my large yard signs from.

They were 7 dollars apiece, and were huge, with stands they made themselves. They never blew over. The old signs were beautiful, but competitors constantly steal them, so we decided to go to a lesser cost sign.

I probably won't find any local pricing that competes.

I really have all the work I need. I just can't resist "blow for blow" competition. And there are "Pressure Washing" House cage and deck $125.00 etc all over the vacant lots here. Plus "Roof Cleaning" Most Roofs $135.00

The older I get, the more old "goatlike" I get and they get my goat!
