The signature would usually be your name or business name.
I'm not trying to be critical, but you might want to check your spelling before you post anything. I have posted and had to edit my spelling here and there.
It looks more professional, to spell correctly.

I'm a 52 year old male { You may want to just say, "I'm 52 years old" ?} that lives in Ft Myers, Fl.  { I live in Ft Myers } I have a homewatch { Home Watch } and maintenance company (Native Home Watch and Maintenance) that I have been operating for just over a year. { That I operate } I do Home Watch, Pressure Cleaning, Window cleaning and minor home repairs.  I have buult { Built } up a small base { Base - I'd leave out "small" } of customers in a { an } upscale gated community and am { Leave out "am" } getting more business slowly but surly.  I have washes { Washed } a few roofs with chlorine and my pressure washer but would like to offer soft wash roof cleaning to my services, as I see a demand for it.  I feel I can learn a lot from this website and look forward to starting my soft wash roof cleaning service.
Please don't be offended by my help offer.
