Nothing in the entire cleaning industry will never be the same. Ac sharing the info in going to accelerate the entire industry and have impact on other industrys including the pressure wash industry.

Roof cleaning in my opinion is a step twords Pw. I know some here say no!!! I disagree because I have seen roof cleaning guys but Pw after a year or two. I have also seen Pw guys buy roof cleaning rigs.

It's a cycle that through web based technology it's been accelerating.

Nothing will stop it and it's been debated if it's good or bad.

Many vetrans and pros down stream with pressure washers at very low pressure. Appareantly in florida the mix is not strong enough. Likely the guys who are real successful are using pressure washers to deliver chems by downstreamers.

I only use down streamers now!!! Nothing else, but I do not use the mixes RCIA uses primarily because they are not need here in the west.

I use organic mixes that are effective for my style of washing. I was nealy a 1/2 million sqaure feet of walk 5days a week. We wash often not like residential guys, this type of selling would drive me nuts.

I esablish long lasting relations with clients and build my business each day. I have five sales people that do nothing but look for new work and keep relations with current customers. Sales people do not wash......

AC is a great salesperson, he knows what he is doing. He is great at what he does, Chris over at WCR is the current day AC with his CO grossing over 3 million in NJ. YES THEY CLEAN ROOFS WITH PRESSURE WASHERS>

Softwashing is great, people who screwed up the pressure washing industry where guys who went out and blasted surfaces. They ruined the trade and gave it a bad name.

Guys who destroy peoples property with SH will give RCIA a bad name reguardless if they are members or not. Why because your promoting the use, when and accident happens they will reffer them here.

 

Actually the average CEO is only 5'8". You know why most roof cleaners don't succeed? Because they spend all their time on RCIA instead of out looking for work. :)

I'm still making money. I'm not in the field working. I go out selling. I have systems in place that take care of lead generation, customer service, scheduling etc....Feb 1 I'm hiring another sales rep to get me out of that as well and focused on growing. We'll do around 300k in 2011 in roof and exterior cleaning and I won't Smell like bleach even once.

Come on Ron, when have you seen me complain about not making money?
