I don't know Ron, I just set mine on the hood of my truck and go to my pics and show my customers pics of homes we have done.  Not to bulky.

 I'm sorry to beat you up about the laptop....I can't bring the truck up six floors to show my customers.

Try it you might like it, keep using the laptop its better than not. maybe Santa will bring you one...

Yea, Like I said I looked into it a couple of weeks ago and could not see the big deal.  Maybe I need to go to the store and let them show me what this thing can do that I can't do with my laptop.  Oh and I could take my laptop up six floors just as easy as an Ipad.

Laptops and Ipads just have a different feel and look to them. Ipads are sleek, clear, easy to use, no bulky keyboard, etc...Nothing wrong with the laptop, I just would feel weird leaving my whole computer with a client while im estimating.

 He needs a Truck to hold tha Laptop to watch it. Truck not needed with Ipad...

Hmmm... iPads in the power wash industry as sales tools you say? Sounds familiar...

If anyone's curious about how to best use them, we've been using them since May and would be glad to provide some help. Much to my chagrin, I have definitely geeked out on it and have to say I love it. Don't expect it to replace a computer but it's not far off.

WARNING: If you're considering buying one, wait until 2011! New versions are being released with still & video cameras plus upgraded features - definitely worth the wait for at least the camera feature!

I'm not on here more than once/twice a week but I'll stop by and check for any questions if you have 'em!

I have a I Paq thats kinda cool but its the size of a phone easy to carry around but the pix are smaller also
