I BET that 1/2 inch All Flo sprays like a champ with that compressor ?
Hey Chris... Well it did, now it seems to have lost a little of it's power. Not sure if there is a damaged or dirty lip seal. But, all in all, this is a great set up... all thanks to your advice and the advice of others when you said "bigger is better".... less stress, more flow, quicker application... Thanks for all the advice....

You are welcome my friend. That's another thing we like about a big roof cleaning pump, even working 1/2 azzed, it still has enough flow to get the job done.
I guess I will finally post some pics of my 3 months-old rig setup. I've configured a 2005 Isuzu NPR HD Turbo Diesel with a landscaper body to be my primary work platform for softwashing.
I've got a 200 gal horizontal leg tank, with a 3/8" all-flo pulling from the top via a 1" supply. The Rigid wheelbarrow belt drive compressor, with the regulator on the output driving the All-Flo.
a HONDA powered, CAT pump 4gal/min, 4000 PSI cold water pressure washer (skid mount, bolted to the bed)
1 COX reel with 200' of high pressure hose for the pressure washer, a TITAN Aluminum reel with SS manifold for the 200' of kuri-tec, and another COX with 200' of Craftsman rubber hose that I pull off to use for rinsing, and feeding the pressure washer.
In the right facing pic, at the rear of the rig, near the fold down ramp, I've bolted a small vice thats invaluble for holding fittings, pipe etc for field repairs. Beats the heck out of trying to do things with two wrenches etc. Its an extra set of hands.
I am using Hayward SH rated 3/4" ball valves with an 8" wand. My next task is to build some redundancy into the equipment, like adding a backup All-Flo....
Yes. It is a 500 ft. Cox Reel with Viton Seal from Northern Tools (Just Under $240)..... an awesome deal....

Thanks Chris. I was in Tampa last month, and learned a lot from AC, Markus Raif, Michael Kreisle and yourself and Bill Booz. I appreciate all of the effort you all are putting into all this to progress the industry....
Markus, let me know how that water tank does, I have about 8 of them. The valve and the tank thickness are the only things that concern me. If you think its gonna hold up to the chemicals I might consider using one on my rig. Keep us posted...

Actually, we only put water in the 275 gallon holding tank (used for mixing and rinsing). The 55 gallon dark blue mix tanks (not shown in the picture), hold the mix of SH, Omonyx Lo, Iso, Water, and some fragrance.... So, I'm not sure how long this type of clear holding tank would hold up to chemicals......
