Keep stirring, let set, stir more, let sit, stir more. As long as you started with hot water, keep doing what your doing.

Sodium percarbonate is powdered Hydrogen peroxide, it is also used as a chlorine dechlorinator (it removes chlorine from water) an interesting thing is that borax is hard to completely dissolve but if you mix some sodium percarbonate with it the borax completely dissolves instantly and you end up with sodium perbonate? i think it's perbonate? any way don't bother mixing it with Sodium hypochlorite because the hypochlorite will turn into oxygen bubbles and fizz away (makes a nice foam though)

Hydrogen peroxide is used in most automatic dish washing powders but needs an activator to release it's goodies (TAED, TEAD or some thing sounding like that) otherwise it needs to be above 60 deg to activate, it dose work if you have the time to wait for it to clean
It does emulsify the dirt which makes it easier to rinse off

Hot water and stir like crazy, but we pulled out of top of tanks. So, if you have a 300 gallon tank, you simply make the feed tube intentionally shorter, give up about 50 gallons capacity, so a little un dissolved Borax and TSP was not an issue.
It also dissolves better the longer it sits.

Mike,
Borax is a little harder to deal with than TSP. I have found that Borax needs 2 gallons of very hot water to every pound of Borax powder. If you try to dissolve any more than that, it will leave crystals in the bottom of the mix tank. I use Borax quite a bit and it is easy to dissolve if you stay with the one pound for every two gallons of hot water.

You know Brain, it is said to be sort of a PITA to deal with TSP and Borax, but I did it everyday, and for years! It makes for a really nice looking, long lasting roof cleaning.

I bet you have some happy customers!
