I had to go finish washing this building today because the person they had doing it was destroying it with a pressure washer. The contractor doing the building remodels was there watching me. He told me there was no way I was getting it clean with just my little electric 60 psi pump. I told him if I didn't get it clean he didn't have to pay me. His jaw was dropping about 10 minutes into it. A pressure washer and a low pressure sprayer both have there place. Knowing when to use what is where us as professionals can make the difference.

Danny, if you don't mind me asking...what was your mix to wash the building? Looks like it cleaned up nicely. Good job!

It was such a small job I didn't measure I just poured some in and added a few squirts of Dawn and sprayed it, It worked so I left it alone. I only made up about 7 gallons total. Probably around 5 or 6%.
