As posted above, roof restoration is big business in Australia, EU, hope not to repeat myself, but to the point of around 1000 roofs a week, just with Nutech”s roof coating.

If you search roof Restoration in Australia or UK you have a screen fill of sites to look at. For 40 years the industry has been around. One of the largest Roof Restoration companies Nutech deals with, coats around 60 roofs a week.

Pricing it around AUD$20-$30 per sqm meter or USD$2-$3.00 per sq ft.  We have one-man-bands, roofers coating pricing around AUD10.00 or US$1.00 per sq ft doing around 1-2 roofs a week making $1500-$3k working part time. You can coat almost any surface with Nutech’s products and has been done so around the world, it’s basically about prep and the right sealer. Remember the word is roof restoration; you all are doing it to degree right now, cleaning roofs !! Your customer already have the need, that’s why you are doing what you do right now, you now have an added system, proven for over 40 years, to offer them. Build in a maintenance program in, “light wash every 12-18months” to keep the roof 100%. Think of the repeat business from local neighborhood, your sign’s in yards, truck around all the time. In Aust, you can’t drive down a neighborhood street without seeing a roof restoration site sign in someone’s front yard.  This industry maybe not for everyone, but for 28 years I’ve been in it, all you roof cleaners, are sitting in the best procession to step into it as you are in it already.

Tile Roof painting is big biz down under and people are making big dollars doing it. these products work, they are good and they make a huge difference to a roof.

If you are telling me that roof painting is not done or is not promoted much in the USA I would highly recommend you seriously look into it, down in Australia it is a real money spinner and big dollars can be made quickly.

Only thing is the roof like all surfaces to be painted must be clean and free from dirt etc, please don't shout at me but in this case some pressure would not go astray on tile roofs.

That is interesting. I would imagine that such a service would be needed in regioons were there is an abundance of sun/heat. Like Africa, FL,AZ, Australia,NV,CA,The islands etc. but in our area we do not build many all masonry houses as the climate does not agree. People up here go for wood or wood look, such as vinyl, housing and the painted roof style would not go because it is a solid color.

i'm from Chino Hills, Calif. i have done a little re-search on re-caoting through America Roof tile Coating, they are also based locally, they charge for training and certification in order some one to be covered with their Warranty,  does your company charge as well?

last time i read about "Nano tech"on paint it was applied for wood surfaces, is it possible to direct us on how to review your studies? if we would sell we need to understand most likely consumers do not know this tech.
