Well wasnt much of a roof wash. had huge moss on it above the garage. That was the only piece of roof they needed washed. They also needed a house wash with with wax, gutter scrub and I threw in the sidewalk for free. These pics dont do justice but what the heck! These pics were taken with the evo. The 12 pixel cam I got takes better pics. I'll use that from now on.

Also the moss was rinsed with the garden hose. Staying away from pressure. Had to clean that gutter again! The wanted imediate results. Some white roots were left. Its dead, a couple good rains should take care of that. The moss was piling up on top of its self. in the rinse.

Would have never thought of cleaning out a gutter with a leaf blower. Makes sense. See you do learn something new every day.

Looks good to me. Moss is something I haven't run into.

I have been getting a lot of moss ones lately. I rinsed this one. I'm going back to another one and rinse that one too. One coming up monday has moss too.

Bout the leaf blower , much faster than water! To use water etc have to charge twice as much!

Around here, there is at least one area on every roof that has some moss on it. I hit it a couple of times about 20 minutes or so apart to kill it all, then leave it. I try to explain to the homeowner that it will take some time and some good rains to get it all to come off. So far, this has been the case and the people have been satisfied. I go back to check on them all from time to time to make sure. If it's dead it will come off as it releases.

Occasionally someone will want it gone right now and I hose it off the best I can, but like you say, the roots stay put until it lets loose.
