Hypochlorite Onsite generator

I ran across a company that makes hypochlorite generators that can produce on demand hypochlorite from 40 to 4000 gallons per day depending on the size of unit needed. 

The technology is the same as used in the chloro-alkali industry, just on a smaller scale. 

Has anyone seen or tried this?

I just got off the phone with them, LOL!

Even the small machine that only takes up 9'x16' of space costs $130,000 !!!

Someone brought this up before and really it's a great idea, but too expensive :( I think we would all have problems pulling permits to use one anyway.
