This job had a bunch of Lichen and black streaking. This is a classic problem for a  Mansard Roof. The homeowner had a roofer come out and they wanted to replace the shingles, he was very lucky he found us because his other option was a company who was going to Power-wash the roof!

Can you imagine if someone pressure cleaned a mansard roof! At least if they pressure washed a standard roof they can angle it a bit, but pressure washing a mansard roof you have to go straight at it. That would have been a DISASTER! They would have blown all of the granules off of the roof and possible cut right through the shingles.
