A no bottom tank?

Can someone point me to the right place?I know,by reading,that having a drain plug and or spout on the bottom aint good.I live in SC and I'd sure appreciate someone who can direct me in finding a tank that's used for this please.Thank ya'll so much.I hope it won't be long til I get my equipment and call to get certified!!!roof cleaningroof cleaning

I hate to go against the grain here, but I have three takes that I bottom feed. It just works for me and I have never had a leak yet. That may be because they are only 40 gal takes and they rarely have any remaining at the end of the day. If your just starting don't sweat the bottom feed.
