One of my municipal accounts: The shelter roof in the foreground has not been cleaned yet, the one in the background has been.  

Seriously, check with your local parks, these projects can be "small", but they do add up after time.  This one park had 9 shelters, and all of them needed cleaning.

Bill, I use a 15-20% SH mixture and a lot of surfactant.  The metal roofs need every inch rinsed to look good, (or a heavy rainstorm)
