Mike, are Liberty and Pleasant Garden North Carolina near to Greensboro ? I know you live up in Greensboro, NC, and have done some traveling to clean roofs before. I just wondered how far of a drive Liberty and Pleasant Garden, NC are from each other, and from Greensboro ? And also wondered if there are any favorite eating places in either of the towns ? When we drive to clean roofs away from our hometown, I try to always map out a route that includes our favorite eating spots. I always get real hungry after cleaning a few roofs in the hot sun

Liberty is in Randolph County which is outside our normal service area. They saw our website and asked for a wood restoration job initially.
When I got there, I saw how hideous the roof looked, and had to tell them the whole spiel on roof cleaning. They immediately said, oh we're going to replace the roof, and have had quotes. I asked them how much did they quote them, and they said they got prices any where from $4700 - $5600. I explained to them our process, and how I could save them 10 times their money.
The job was 20 miles from Greensboro, about a 27 minute drive. It was a big job because they had us clean more than the roof. We washed the house and all three decks, the front porch including the roof above the deck, and the two small corner decks around back.
Pleasant Garden is much closer and in Guilford County. It's only 12 miles away and about a 18 minute drive.
No favorite eating places in either of those small towns, I usually go back to Greensboro to eat.

Good work. I take it you put the covering up to protect from the love run off.. One other question. I have read where they "bag the downspouts" what type of bag is used? Any brand that works better. I plan to rinse, so downspouts tubes to carry off the property is what I plan to us. Good idea or bad?
Use the 3mil thick 42 gallon contractor bags from Home Depot or Lowe's
I like to use 1/4 rope cut in about 2 foot length to tie the bags to the downspout.
Use Lori's Apple Butter to minimize the run-off.
I had to tarp the front of the cabin because we were also cleaning and sealing the front porch wood and the ceiling. I didn't want the wood restoration chemicals or oil-based stain to get on the front walls, just the floor and ceiling.
Otherwise the tarps would not have been necessary if we only cleaned the roof because they have gutters with a drainage system.
