I thought that I would post some pics of this weekend's project. Our customer drove down from the snow and rain up North to visit us this weekend. He brought his brand new Cargo South trailer, his wife and little puppy girl, Maggie! Thank you for the referral.

Man, if all That don't give you goose bumps, you are in the wrong business! Very nice work, as usual Lori. I like those Rigid Compressors. We have them on our flatbeds exposed to the elements, going on 2 years! Rugged little bastards, start on one pull every time. The stock belt goes bad in about a year of cleaning several roofs, 5 days a week. WE use Mobil 1 5w 30 synthetic oil for both the honda motor and air compresor pump. In Florida, we drain them out every day, due to high humidity.
Hahaha! That is too funny Chris. I did actually get goose bumps. LOL. Thank about the heads up on the oil. Especially the compressor. I was hoping the oil I put in there wasn't hurting anything. I guess I'm OK. Chris, where do you get your compressor belts from. I wouldn't mind keepin a spare just in case.

Tell the owner to keep that wood floor dry, especially of SH. SH will soften and destroy that wood over a short time. Hopefully they at least put a good sealer on it?

Way to notice the details guys! Yes, our customer purchased the trailer with the plywood floor. He has another trailer on order with pressure treated flooring. The customer wanted to use a tote for the water tank. My Father fabricated three diamond plated mounts to install the hose reels on the tote. We ran into a space issue.
The two Titan 4318S reels were mounted using a stack kit and a custom mount raising them above the All-Flo Air Diaphragm Pump, Delavan 12V and the battery box. Rex was able to mount the switch on the aluminum stand and maintain a protected but accessible area to the pumps. The battery box can be moved out t o access.
I like the ingenuity of the horizontal mounts for the hose reels?
Good thinking.
As was suggested by Mike, I use and recommend a 10x20 foot roll of garage floor ribbed floor covering lining the floor. Mike already supplied the link...
To install properly, Cut the floor covering to the edge and then seal the underside with pure silicone which stands up to most caustics and SH if any spill is quickly responded too?
That way any H20 or chems won't find their way under the covering?
Here is a HOT TIP for you during assembly....be sure to silicone all bolts holding equipment down under the flanges and tabs or other hold down surfaces and use copper anti seize to keep the bolts, nuts and etc. from corroding and sizing so disassembly is quick and painless down the road..
As for the flooring...
It is very durable flooring and less than spay in rhino liner, etc. and with silicone all around the edges, and some aluminum tread plate strips or flat plate, 2-1/2" and some galvanized lag bolts (stainless costs too much) you will find it will solve the customers concern for eventual floor rot.
Make sure that the floor is sealed, with a roll on epoxy/sealer and give it a day or two to dry completely? Then unroll the rolled floor liner and expose flat to the sunlight for at least one day to cure, that way it will not stretch and deform if you apply it to the deck surface to soon.

Too funny! It was a long weekend! I learned a bunch. I played around with shooting video of the All-Flo and 12v. It turned out like a Blair Witch Project. It made me dizzy to look at it!
Chris and Larry, thank you for the encouraging support. I am very proud of my Father's work.
Everything was installed with ease of maintance in mind. There is space to walk around the equipment.
As with each of our customers, efficient use of the best materials and cost were a priority. We felt that we used the best products available for the best cost for our customer. We are more concerned about longevity, low maintenance and low cost for our customers.
Our primary focus is customer satisfaction focussed on our service and low pricing.
Lori in Pic number 3 is those the tank filters that you father was talking about at Korys small round table. Are those made to stand vertical or lay flat in the tanks. By the way you and your father do great work makes me wish I had the money work trailer setup that this one.

Thank you, Chris F. The filters are assembled to lay flat at the bottom. We like the idea of being able to remove them for cleaning. Any ideas on weighing them down? We thought about using fishing weights from my brother's tackle box but wondered how the lead would do in the corrosive environment.
We invite you to help to save on costs. This customer has a very nice system.
Chris, you can come by anytime with your set-up for help.
Large glass marbels should work to weight pipe down. I will come over to pick up few things but I need upgrade my trailer small 4.5 by 8 feet small I went with something can aford at the time.

I'm going to try 5lb concrete weights? Have them lying around. Lead won't rust (non-ferrous) but this shows a reaction to sodium hyroxide http://genchem.chem.wisc.edu/lab/cca/sthtm/pbno/pbnonaoh.htm
Might reaction to chlorine too?

Rocks, gravel, etc ? Can't see anything happening but clean white rocks ? OR, make a PVC tube filled with water, cap + PVC glue it, presto, instant weight
Why the Delavan? I think that the All Flo could run 2 guns by itself unless it is a smaller pump.
I like the stacked hose reels.
They make ceramic weights that you can put into those slotted pipes when assembling them, that will help hold them down.
I would spray or roll the bedliner or Herculiner on the wood to help protect it. Several guys on the bbs's have done that and it has worked great for them.
