Just like anything or anyone else out there in life, there will be people that will take as many shortcuts to get their goals as they can where others will do what it takes and learn as they go and only do quality work.

There are so many things in life to worry about more than issues like this, sooner or later things will happen, think about Karma. Not a lot of people think about karma but I have seen a lot of things come back to people, and all of them deserved what they got. Sometimes we do not see them getting what they deserve but usually most people get theirs.

I would just focus on you, your company and your family and do what it takes to pay the bills and grow your company.
