Thats a sexy starter rig bro
I wouldn't carry both those tanks full as you are probably over wieght
55gal SH + 200 gallons love + hose and ladders = 3400+lbs + trailer wieght.
Dual axle 14 ft. are only rated to hold 5k lbs on a 2klb trailer.
Other than that you are ready to rock!!  good luck bro!!

what is stopping your tanks from sliding from front to back? looks to me if it shifted your tie downs would break the pvc hose running out the top of the tank

just get some 2x4's and make some L's- One flat and one upright on the front and back of the tanks and that should stop any potential of sliding. I also like the ladder racks that are welded on. good job looks nice.

Now, my other suggestion is that you keep equal weight in those tanks for balance of the trailer. other than that it should work out great.

Thanks for the suggestions. I will be adding braces to the floor around the tanks.
I plan on removing the hose from the tanks when traveling. I have couplings installed so I can do that. I have replaced the o rings in the couplings with viton o rings.
yes, I will keep the tanks balanced with fluid.
Thanks everyone.

Dave,

As mentioned after looking at your setup I also think your on the right track.

I would use one tank for the SH and the other for the mix. That way, with 50-100 gallons of SH @12% you can mix up a lot of ROOF CLEANING AGENT in the OTHER tank, as you need it and on demand.

If I may offer you some additional suggestions:

I would incorporate a 3 way ball valve on the SH straight CHEM manifold or tank side so you can draw straight from that tank and I would put a " T " on the supply side so you can divert the straight chem to the other tank using a smaller length hose rather than drawing straight chem thru your entire LONG length of hose. Also, in doing that you will have the added benefit of saving chem and landscape when accidents or spills occur.

That way you will rinse less hose to clear the straight SH.

I hope this make sense.

Also, if you take a cut to length Pressure Treated- 2x6, and stand it on end and then nail a P.T. 2x4 cut to length (similar to a "Rat Run" used in framing) then Bolt that to the front and back of the unsupported section of the tanks it will eliminate the potentially dangerous forward or backward tank movement.

All the Best,

David
