The term "Best Management Practices" often comes into play in legal liability issues with today's justice system. I am amazed at the number of times I have seen large and small cleaning contractors that don't use orange safety cones. Flags or other caution devices on a job site. Be sure you block any foot traffic areas and verbally inform customers as you progress through each roof cleaning area. People trying to leave or inter a home or building have set routines and will forget or may not understand how slippery a surface might be or how certain chemicals react to eyes, skin or clothing when exposed. God forbid if someone is hurt on your job site having and implementing a safety program can make or break your company’s future success or outcome.
