Looked around various websites and local dealers for a stake truck. Spent about 3 weeks in the hunt.

Finally bought a new 14' 2009 GMC. Now I"ve got to get it equipped. Any suggestions on people who do the assembly near PA? Closest builder I could find is an outfit called
Gregson Clark near Rochester NY. Very knowledgeable.

Appreciate any thoughts on assembly builders in my area

Thanks,

Don't know of any builders in your area, but if you read enough on here, there is enough info here from all the great people on this site to build it up yourself. And, if you run into any thing that gets you stumped, just ask. Somebody will help you.

No not really but here is what I would do.

Buy plenty of locks and chain. If the stupid people really want to steal your chemical of which they have no idea what it is.... Let them... Sort of like the knuckle head here in Memphis who straps SHC to his back and crawls all over your roof.
#1. If he slips its all over. No balance...Yikes
#2. If he has a leak he can kiss his a--, Butt good by . It will burn like the Exorcist and Holy Water...LOL In really bad private places...disbelief  Duuuu

So let them steal it... No! they will probably sue you for damages plus the Crack Man won't trade for SHC... LOLdisbelief  Locks and Chains! I used to put a note on my truck right on top of the ply wood I had chained over my pump, tank and supplies..

It Said, "Go Ahead And Steal This At Your Own Risk" with a big old Caustic Sicker right next to my little note.
The dummies can't read but they know a Caustic Sticker..LOL

OK, I can't believe I am divulging my rig but here I go!yawn

Just trying to help!

1, 35 gal tank...  Why mix 200 gals of SHC and have it sit all night going back into the atmosphere...  I mix 35 gal. 50 / 50 . 5 will get you 10  (5 water + 5 SHC)

175' chemical hose thermo clear plastic
1 PVC ball and Soket Applicator
100 PSI Sur Flo Pump Electric Pug IN. (Not A 12v) I use a 3400 watt generator when a property has no power... Water is easy. Just hook up to a faucet... Any Faucet!!! Preferably the house you are working at... But if the neighbors are nice you can slip them a $5 and get by. Of course I add it to the clients bill if he has no water.... Hey it isn't my fault.... Why should I eat the cost?

UHHH... You do not need a pressure cleaner.....  I have three rusting in storage right now but if you need one cheap call me!!! Been there rusting away for 8 & 1/2 years... Please call me! Cheap Cheap Cheap! If you just have to have a pressure cleaner>>>confuse Call me!

3 ladders. A 28', 22'. and a 6'

OK, your set for under $500.00 Bucks. Now go clean some roofs!!!!!evileye

OMG you let the secrets out lol. Way to go James!!
Good work Mike...I would love to see a pic. If your title is over 10k gvw or you haul a trailer you probably need a DOT #. It is free and requires a couple other things to be compliant. It is a federal standard not local. Search DOT, we talked about it before here. Good luck and keep us posted so we can help you rig it up!!

Hey Bill, I got a question for you. I am just starting off getting info on building a rig and learning. I'm thinking of maybe buying me one of those small bucket trucks. maybe an F450. Something like the phone companies use. It appears that there would be plenty of room in the back for a couple of tanks. Then they have boxes on the sides for hoses, supplies, pumps, whatever. What ya think. Thanks, Doug Toledo, Ohio
