For all of you that have been reading the advice by the Grand Pubah (Spelling?) of roof cleaning, Chris, he is giving good advice. I just really started getting serious this past weekend and spent the first 2 days reading and reading more. I then started blogging and posting on several forums and any free add I could enter.

Well the results are in and on a goggle search of "Roof Cleaning Advice", of course Chris comes up #1 but one of my forum posts on one that Chris suggested in a earlier thread came up as #8. I was stunned to say the least. And this was my first post on that forum.

Secondly, when I Googled "Roof Cleaning Clarksville, TN" I come up as #1 for Google Maps and my various forum posts and blog entry are 1, 3 and 5 on the same page after Google Maps.

Today is Tuesday and I just seriously started this on Sunday evening. Now I am making time to blog and post at least once a day on various forums and at least one Blog entry.

Now I ran into a thread explaining why not to use mycompany.blogspot.com as your blog because you can't take that with you. I immediately added a CNAME entry to my domain and now my blog is posting there. Changed it from greatwhitetechnologies.blogspot.com to roofcleaningadvice.greatwhitetechnologies.com ..... Yea I know it's long but most of the time people will be following links to the blog not typing it in. Also puts roof cleaning advice in another place for the search engines.

One thing that I seem to have caught on to is that you need to mention roof cleaning and your location as often as possible like "Roof Cleaning Nashville, TN" or "Roof Cleaning Advice Nashville, TN" but don't make it too repetitive or it would be thought of as spam and ignored.

Good luck to all and thanks Chris.

I followed the advice I got here and if you Google "Roof Cleaning Charlotte County Florida"
"Roof Cleaning Sarasota County Florida" "Roof Cleaning Englewood Florida" "Roof Cleaning Rotonda Florida" "Roof Cleaning Venice Florida" etc etc
I COME UP ON EVERY 1st PAGE!
Now, this took many, many hours of starting a load of free websites and blogs etc, but, it worked!
Only problem is: Must be nobody in my 2 counties uses online searching for roof cleaners?
I got a total of 2 contacts and got both jobs. 1 was from a Craigslist ad and 1 from a Google search and that was quite a while ago?
I don't know why, but all I can do is "BE THERE" on the Google search engine????
I have been extremely busy, but that's just because my son now only works 3 days a week for me instead of 5 and my other 2 backup businesses "Lawn care" and a seperate "Landscape" business is keeping me running during all daylight hours!
But, it's all coming from referrals and yellow pages ads so far??????????
Hmmmmm, I hope the online advertising starts generating some work?
What else can I possibly do?
