Hope your doing lots of Quality Non-Pressure Roof Cleaning in Houston, TX now that Spring is officially here and in full swing.

To answer your questions:

The clean time would have normally been 3-4 hours (unroll to roll up) on this roof.

It took us (3 guys) almost 6 hours do to "Training" AND Cleaning.

Some TERRIFIC guys from West Virginia from the RCIA board came down to Georgia LEARN how to properly perform Non-Pressure Roof Cleaning.

It takes MORE time to TEACH roof cleaning, showing how to mix cleaning agents, how to unroll, tarp, be the groundsman, EMPHASIZING how important it is to keep everything WET in the drip edge ZONE (non- guttered) and actually PERFORMING the clean and treat at the SAME time.

The Home was 5/4 I believe (5 bedrooms/4 bathrooms) with a large attached Entertainment room (25x25) approx. 3750 sq. - 4,000 feet of living space (under air). The roof surface was substantially more.

It gave me a great roof to show the capabilities of the LARGE capacity 15 GPM AIR AODD cleaning agent pumping system I built for them.

As far as rinsing goes. NO RINSING on this one. I use the WEATHER CHANNEL and work with MOTHER NATURE to clean roofs safely, while being environmentally conscious as well by CONSERVING water when possible.

Letting Good old, MOTHER NATURE do the rinsing helps to give that

"squeaky clean" look.

We had a good downpour 2 days after the cleaning and roof treatment was applied.

It gave the cleaning agent plenty of time to sit on the roof surface and kill all the residual mold/mildew spores and thoroughly TREAT for Gloeocapsa Magma, the blue green algae we encounter down SOUTH here in Georgia.

We came back by to take the AFTER photos and we sprayed an ample amount of liquid fertilizer (we do this at NO CHARGE as an EXTRA MEASURE of Protection for OUR customers) around the property to protect the plants from any possible shock from the cleaning agent runoff (the runoff was minimal, maybe 7 gallons) total.

Total Apple Cider Sauce was approx. 85 gallons. We re-treated the NORTH side TWICE.

This roof cleaning job here in Thomas County, GA REALLY just turned out , SUPER nice and I am GLAD to have had the wonderful help from my fellow RCIA brothers to do this job.

Working WITH them made for a pleasant work day.
