thank you for the links, Update: OK ran a couple more tests. while the gpm was nearly the same, I felt the machine didnt run as smoothly with the 1/2 swivel. So now I need to adapt a 3/4 swivel down to 1/2 size and I should be gtg.
Thank you again, you saved me some headaches.

Mike, do you ever have any problems with leaks with either the bottom brass fitting, or the where the ball valve and bushing connect? I never had a problem until the other day, and now I can't get it to stop leaking. It's not wear and tear, as I just bought these fittings.
I just thought of this idea about how you can carry a 250 gallon tank in a very small custom roof cleaning only trailer, while you still carry all your pressure washing and exterior maintenence inside your van.
I just saw the neatest little trailer the was only 4'x 6' and had dual axles and 4 wheel trailer brakes. It was custom made for a water tank for agriculture use but was converted for use as a pressure washing mini-rig by someone here in my city.
Something like that would be a smart add on for a van like yours and if your van could handle towing 2000 pounds it would work great for roof cleaning yet keep chemical fumes and rust out of your van and could be easy to ride with in residential tight spots.
I will try to share pics of this when I have time to stop by the store and take them.
Also something to note: I was at Sam's Club the other day and saw a really nice 7" Full Color LCD monitor and color camera backup system for van's for ONLY $99.00
I do not know if blind spots are an issue for you but one of my rigs is a 1 ton E350 and it has NO windows and is a bear to back up safely so I got this so we don't run over any mailboxes ever again.

FATBOY with 3/4" hose, 3/4" PVC ball valve and #70 nozzles, will push about 6gpm @ 40psi.
Doesn't shoot as far as the #50 or #60's, but they work great for the lower one story roofs that are easier to reach the top to give you extra flow.
More flow= DONE FASTER!
I hope im doing this right , the nozzels I want are 0 degree orfice is that correct? i just hook my rig up and threw on a spray nozzel and my fat boy was turning on and off on and off is this cause i have no flow out the nozzel? the orfice is really small it was something i just had laying around

My season is just ending! 95% of all snowbirds, which make up 1/4 of my local population of homeowners are gone as of yesterday! Now come the long drawn out summer, where most Floridians make and spend less money! Ouch for me!!! Of course, now my lawn and landscape business picks up, as things begin to grow again! So, it "ALMOST" balances out? FDifference is, instead of a roof for $350.00 in 2 hours, I mow 10 lawns for $30.00 in 4 hours for $300.00 Or do 20 landscape [actually just weeding ] jobs for $25 each and make $250.00 I WANT MY ROOF WORK BACK IN FULL SWING!!!! This can't be right....I set up my fatbot today and I am using 3/4 hose. I have the 3/4 ball vavle setup and I was using the 70 nozzle. I held it out at my side and let her rip, the pressure was fine but I had to double ck the distance. It shot 48 feet.....thats rt I measured it twice...48 feet. I can't believe it.I was wondering how she would do so I shot it straight up and try to get an arc to see if I could go further but I coudn't. I also tried the 60 nozzle and it seemed to shoot about the same or a foot shorter.I hope Mike Sullivan reads this so we can see what he thinks.
I shot it straight across....level not upward....When I shot it up straight against the house { colonial she hiy about ten feet over the gutter. Do you think its because the pumps brand new? How far does your fatboy shoot? I didnt try the fifty I figured the 70 shot the longest.
