I have a roof with bad black stains on it from a power vented chimney. The stains seem to be oil from the boiler for the building. Does anyone have a solution that would clean this? I would assume that multiple applications would be necessary for full removal. Looking for your expert any ideas?

Just wondering if you used a cheap pressure washer to spray the roofs instead of the pumps we normally use. The flow would be less but the pressure would be way better for reaching the high spots on roofs. If the washer was flushed out well after each use how long would it last.
