Hey guys just wondering if anyone one has some advice on this job I was asked to do. The house is a log home that has a wrap around deck the railing which is also wood and wood spindles has the outside covered in lichen just starting to infest the railing. So my question is what type of mix should I use how much sh if any how much soap and is there something else I can add to help. Oh and awnings on store fronts the vinyl ones I can use sh on them can't I???? Thanks

Is the wood stained? Are they going to re-stain after you are done cleaning?
