This job was really one we tried not to sell her a cleaning, as her roof is in the end stage of it's life expectancy. After we educated her about what to expect and that the outcome would be minimal, she pushed to get this done. We had to be careful with her roof and a softwash roof cleaning with no rinsing was the best option.

It cleaned up and she was thrilled with how we handled her with all honesty and not just looking to make a buck from her.  We even threw in some free cleaning for her as she was a really nice older lady and needed to sell this home.

The pictures are in various stages of cleaning, they started out with a dark grey-black hue, then when sprayed with our solution twice, they turned a brown color, dwell a bit then another coat.

Finally got them to a dirty yellow tone. The rain will take care of the rest of the residue. This house had no gutters and new landscaping with black mulch!! Fun!

If there is any homeowners that read this get the landscaping done after the roof, it is a bit easier on your roof cleaner.

We did not get a after picture, we are waiting for the rain to give it a rinse.

 It looks very much like she had her roof pressure washed before you guys cleaned it.
