anyone use these pumps or know anything about them, their on ebay.
Well, they are saying all the right things, as far as the materials they are made from, and roof cleaning chemical compatibility, but who knows how long the motors and pressure switches/relays will last http://valleyind.com/products/fluid-components/everflo-pumps/
WTF, give them a try, and see how they hold up, if you want to experiment ?
But, unless they are radically cheaper then the proven 12 volt pumps some people (not us), use for roof cleaning, why bother ?
I think they may be Chinese Copies, but who knows ? They may actually be even better then the Delavan and FloJet ?
If these are the same as the Northern Tool 12 volt pumps, I say avoid them!
I got one from Lori a few yrs back. Worked about the same as a Delavan 5850. Used it for roof cleaning for about a year then as a transfer pump for another year and a half. Finally kicked the bucket. With the delavans coming down in price I use them now, but would use the everflo in a pinch.

I just bought 2 fat boys for 300.00. Brand new.
A local roof cleaner buys them all the time, then gets the extended warranty. So, when they fail, he simply rinses them all out with Gain to hide the bleach smell, and get a brand new pump!
