I agree Chris. Of course, if the Uglies gave me some free juice I'd take it, I didn't know anything about it. However our .org blogs work and work well. I'm surprised how few are taking advantage of them!
You made one for me as an "example" effort, to see how it would do. I checked it yesterday and it was #3 in Generic on page 1 Google. Now, if you could figure out how to get me to log into that blog, so I could add some content and might jump to #1.! biggrin biggrin biggrin biggrin confuse

Its not really a matter of Juice Chuck, because there are so many outgoing links they would not carry any weight, The perk would be in the directory and maybe getting a job from it.

The main point of being on that directory is that you get the opportunity of a person finding you on that directory, The chance of that happening is very slim but it certainly doesn't hurt being on there it is the same way with basically all directories. The link juice you get from that directory is very small, like all directories. If that page rank was two for instance which it probably isn't even that much that page rank only gives out a certain amount of link juice.
I am going to make up some numbers to help explain link juice to you. Say for instance that page only had one link that it was sending its link juice too let's call the amount of link juice 50. The page it was linking to on that site would get 50 link juice, lets say for instance that there are 50 websites that it links to that link juice gets divided by 50 so instead of 50 link juice you only get one link juice.

What I'm basically saying is unless the page rank of that webpage is a four or a five the link juice is not important at all. When it comes to getting link juice from a website you typically want to have your link coming from the main page of the website which is usually called the homepage all the other pages typically have poor page rank.

Totally Agree Zach! Why should people sift through some directory when looking for a roof cleaner, when they can just let Google do it for them!

The BLOGS on the new forum are turning out to be THE answer I have been searching for, for so long.

They have enough SEO Clout to bust into almost any local search, and they are pretty when customers find them.

Thanks Zach, I get it now. SAY! What kind of phone do you have? I have watched my son use his $600.00 smart phone and the text to speech comes out kinda bad. Your is great! Is it all the phone itself, or the carrier too?
