I am in the process of building a new 14' steel trailer and I had the entire trailer sprayed with Rhino Liner for $1500. That includes top, bottom, wheel well, leaf springs, sides, rails, everything but the bull dog hitch. Shop around as prices vary. Small chunk of change in the face of having to rebuild a trailer after 5 years of action due to corrosion.

man thats a great price.. problem is, there are only a few rino and line x guys around here and they all were within range... I had the truck inspected today and the tech told me if this truck passes inspection next year he'll be surprised from the amount of rust in the frame lol.... I guess im going to go with the cheap liner this year, and then pick up one of those cab over engine trucks during the year... I wanted to buy another truck this year.. now i have a reason to buy at least one I gues....
I would not suggest rhino liner over badly rusted steel... The rust problem will grow and you will not see it until it falls apart.
