I figured it was part of the deal for working on the forum. Who was I to say. There are no backlinks to my website from this forum as far as I can tell so it didnt matter that much to me. I don't expect to get any work from that directory. Is that directory closed to search engines like the rest of the forum? I have never found my website in that directory when I performed a search. So to actually pay to be on this directory is kind of worthless. again...just sayin.....

Tom thats becuse everything that goes thru that site is a giant backlink for the uglies. they host it and can do anything they want to it. This was one of the concerns that i had when this was done but it looks like the higher ups dont give a chit.

I agree with you Tom. We paid to be recognized on that map, it shouldn't have Uglies logo for every location.

On the map of the entire US, it says:
"Locate a Certified Roof Cleaning Professional by clicking on your state and then find a logo near you!"
and shows an RCIA logo but, on the individual states it has the Uglies logo where the RCIA logo is on the US map. I think this would lead customers to believe that we are operating a franchise of Ugly Shingles. The individual state maps did not always show that logo, it must have been recently changed.
