I found a new yard sign supplier. For $501 i am getting 100 full color one sided 18"by24" signs, 20 more that are two sided and 60 yard steaks. This also included shipping and full bleeds on the signs. If you call him please tell him that David Hamel with All Washed Up sent you his way.
Also let me know if my signs need any improvements.
The company is: Delivery Signs LLC Visit us at https://www.signs247.net
These are not one time use. They are the corragated plastic signs. We put them up in neighborhoods that we hand flyers out in, we give customers a $25 discount if they let us keep one in their yard for two weeks after cleaning their home, and put them up in high traffic intersections.

So you go back and pick them up? That is a lot of wasted time I would think. I leave mine and have the customer just throw them away after 2 weeks. At 2.25 a sign its not worth the extra running around.
Mike where are you getting yours for $2.25 I get mine for $3.00 each 2 sided, different info on both sides, with stakes delivered. Almost every customer gets to have one in their yard when we are done.
We leave one, sometimes two for most of our jobs, almost always for roof cleaning. Also will try and leave one near the exit or main road off a development. If we pass one after 2 weeks we'll grab it but we don't go out of our way.
This season we'll put out 800. I kept track of which intersections worked best so I'll go back to the well and try a few new places. I try and consolidate my signs, I'll do a town at a time and go back to the same places a few times during the season. And then there are a few spots where I'll leave one anytime the other is gone.
Tom i think its ag or ae graphics i would have to look it up. I get the same thing on both sides one color. its 225 for 100 signs and the stakes are included. Plus i think 50 for delivery. So it winds up being 2.75 per sign. That is still cheap enough to not run around and pick them up.
Tom I have the same thing printed on both sides so that may be the difference. The signs are one color 2 sides and stakes for 225 plus 50 for shipping.
Signs are interesting, if you have ever seen AC's signs or Ryan from Beacon roof cleaning, their signs look very similar to the original poster. AC said these signs are to be made at no number than $5, because they are meant to be thrown out, or counted as a loss. Also what I found the most interesting part was AC used them more as a "Branding" tool rather than a cause to action. A lot of signs blend together. David's all washed up is one of a kind.
Thanks for the comment on one of a kind looking signs. Yes they are both branding and call to action. I try to use the signs in neighborhoods that we have just put out flyers in. They are also a cheap leave behind when done with a job, a $25 job discount to leave it in the yard for two weeks. I just don't like the one color signs, they just look to cheap to me and I do not price my jobs as cheap but as "you get what you pay for" jobs. The good things is that we get jobs from the sign.
