Sh isn't to bad here, not as cheap as FL. I mix strong so I don't have to 2 coat, every now and then I might have to hit a bad spot. SH is cheaper than me spraying 2 coats all the time and if you are spraying 2 coats you are using more anyway.
That's the same color streaks that we ended up with on a brown house a few months back. We took care of it right away for the client and had the affected areas repainted.
wonder if it was recently re-painted, we had a client use latex paint on gutters 2 weeks before we cleaned his roof, same result, except worse, I don't think straight sh would leave those kind of run mark on a original "baked on" finish, my guess is that door was painted in the last 2-3 months. It can take 30 days for paint to dry, we know this because we called Sherman Williams paint rep out on the gutter re-paint. Wrong paint used on gutters in humid summer, 6-7 weeks to dry. Tammy Faye runs..
when we speckle a deck, door or a surface with over spray or diluted hose spray, we hurry up a "cleaning sh rinse" to blend and feather in the spots as best as possible.
That is just what a 50/50 mix does to paint if it is not rinsed off of it... Tile requires a mimimum of a 50/50 mix if you want a one pass cleaning. Time is more expensive than a 50/50 mix. That is why I use 50/50 mixes on all tile roofs. Why only clean a couple a day when you can clean several. Just have a good ground man rinsing off everything.
