I started emailing my customers a survey within a couple days after service. I wish I included email on my proposals and recorded that info from the start, but just began about a month ago. I also include their invoice, warranty information (if applicable), coupon for next season, and just started service recommendations.
Do any of you guys survey your customers? If so is there any particular question(s) that you benefit from most? Initially my questions were geared toward learning about my company (happy with results, rate customer service, etc) but I've moved toward learning about the customer.
How do you guys manage your email campaigns? Is it the typical discount/promotion/it's that time of year type email or do you try and mix it up?
I'm also interested in text message campaigns ... I think that's an area where we'll experience a lot of growth in the future.
