I have the same truck as you. This summer I was carrying 100 gals of SH plus 70 gals of mix with no fume problem. I have a vent directly over the SH tank and I always left it open. Sometimes truck didn't move for a week all closed up.
Jim,
I don't want to get off topic but 170 gallons total may cause issues with D.O.T. 119 gallon max.

My box truck will be changed out before the season in 2013.
In my research before building out my truck last winter I saw nothing that I remember about the DOT regs on the amount od SH stc I could carry. Only recentlly did I find out I had a major problem

Hank I will miss driving my Pick up truck. I wont miss backing my trailer in to small driveways. The trailer is a 20ft and has 5ft tounge and weight aprox 9000lbs. Thanks for the compliment on the truck, it is the nicest truck I have ever owned and it is a complete animal when it comes to towing. The power of the new 6.7 is sick and almost criminal, 400 HP and 800 ft-lbs of torque.
These are the vents I was talking about using. One is a manual vent that needs to be opened with a handle and will scoop air as the van is moving. The other is a motorizes fan and wil need to be turned on to ventilate the van.
Ok stop posting all this equipment. I wanted to wait till late January to buy stuff but after seeing all this stuff I could'nt resist. New stuff on the way i cant wait! When it gets here first stop...Art's house to play with it!

Pat I love helping you spend your money. The best part is that it doesnt hurt my wallet at all. Glad I could help. Wait till you see what else I bought.

The kids have opened all there presents. So I figured I would put some of my presents in the van. I have always had a plan in my head of how I would lay out my van.

Nice layout. There is still plenty of room for other equipment. I like the roll out tool tray under the pump. Matter of fact you're giving me ideas. Is the compressor going to be on a roll out as well to prevent exhaust fumes inside the van?

Good point Hank.. the reason i was putting the compressor on that side and facing that way because of the exhaust and because fuel shut off and choke is on that side. The pull cord is also on the same side..
