I am looking to have full time employees come spring, and I have been trying to find a good payroll service. Ideally one with out a montly fee.  I simply want to put in the hours worked and have the computer program take out taxes and do the rest. What do you guys use ? recommend? or stay away from?

I go thru my accountant. I just log on and fill in the hours. They do all the paperwork too.

I've used ADP for one of my other businesses.. they offer workers comp too which makes it kind of a breeze since they know exactly what your payroll is.... their web app works great, as well as on your cell phone... I never had any issues with their service, and when i felt i was being over charged.. i quick phone call got me a discount.. i would definitely recommend them, let me know if you need a rep...

Dan- we Are using paychex. Been very happy with their service . Are also bundling health insurance and workers comp with them.

I have heard good things about paychex. 

I had ADP and could not wait to get rid of them.  They are over priced for what you get in comparison to other such companies.  They were constantly messing up my paychecks.  I did not have time for that so I fired them.  Or so I thought...  I bank with JP Morgan Chase banks.  They are in cohoots with ADP.  ADP was still able to withdraw money from my bank account with JP Morgan Chase bank's approval even though I had given both of them written notice of contract termination.
