Funny job here. Homeowner had his house cleaned, and then cleaner offered to clean roof also. After they lobbed the first squirt of sauce on the roof, they realized it was a little too much for them to handle and pulled off the job.

HO had been living with a partially cleaned roof for over a year until they found Spray Wash. We knocked the job out in short order and restored it to its original brilliance.

That ladder wasn't climbed in that position, that's the HOs ladder. he got ambitious and wanted to begin trimming the tree. We access the roof at the valley.

Homeowner wouldn't tell me their name! I would love to know!!!! You could tell he wanted nothing to do with them ever again. The house was in Millstone Plantation off Live oak, very ritzy area, and HO was very embarrassed by the looks of his house.

Looks like you touched up the chimney, I could not have lived with a half cooked roof for a week if that was my house, we have cleaned up a few where the homeowner or a handyman had dumped bleach or roof reviver on it. Good blog material.

 I have no sympathy for the other contractor, that house was more than straight forward and once at the ridge you could wash that in no time. That pitch is a typical house in new jersey. If you dont think you can do the job than dont bid it.

You're half my age and certainly in better shape than this old man. I would and you could walk that valley right to the peak and shoot the roof from there. Above the garage you'd need a 40' ladder and have to move it twice to get around that chimney.  Always have respect for the environment you're working in and you'll be ok. In the spring I'll take you up the roof of a customer's house here in Stroudsburg with a view to die for. We can have lunch up there.
