Why not show us sooner? Dan, I do care but some of the numbers(houses) you throw up here are so high I'm getting a nose bleed. I hope your prices are in line with industry accepted standards.

PS...this old man needs his sleep. I'll be up at 5:30am. Perhaps we can continue tomorrow. I'm always open minded and willing to learn.

You guys think im full of poop. But the ? is if you had the work can you do 5 or even 8 a day.....Friday me & steve did 6. 1st took 1hr to get too, But i lined them up all the way home. But i never got home. The 6th took another hr to get to from home base. A roof only takes 1hr- 1hr 1/2 to compleate, Some roofs are done in 20 min add it up if you leave at 6:00 am & back by dark.... IF YOU CANT DO IT THEN YOU JUST DONT WANT TO!!!!!!!!!!!! 

ILL give you guys a hint forget the stupid rocks in the bag go to home depot and by two bundels of shingles & spend the time to cut them up to fit ur shit & put it in a zip lock bag (do 1,000) and throw.... A shingle is like a frisby.. & stop wasting time with the wana be trying to look like big biz.... 9 out of 10 hmo's realy dont care they just want there shit done.

Am I reading this correctly? If I had a house that has a 2300 square foot roof or larger you would clean it for $350 during your one week special. Based on your comments you're well below any "industry accepted standard" that we all thrive for. This might be the cause of you getting a reputation as a low baller.

We did a 2800 sq ft shingle roof last week in about 25 minutes and it came out fantastic. Of course we also did a house wash and concrete cleaning as well. I remembered saying how I wis hed we had 10 of these lined up real close to each other. Shingle is a dream to clean. Unfortunately, we clean mostly tile roofs and those are much slower. Especially if there are no gutters which is the case 99% of the time and those can not be rushed.

If y'all still want this thread moved please let me know and I will move it.

Dan the reason your so fast is because you only do half the job and you have no plant protection and you probably leave the gutters full of dirt. Also its not about looking big its about professionalism most people care about the that when they are spending money. Do you have workmanship comp because people care about that to.

I can't really comment on Dan's pricing as I'm a Florida boy and we just don't support high prices. However there's plenty of days where we do 4 roof/house projects in a 7 hour period. Most roof don't take us more than one hour. Today we are working for a mgt company and will wash 7 houses for them. That being said, they are all close together ( some even side by side) and every team membr is laser focused on their tasks. We are not scrimping on quality or service working at that pace.
