I don't get it ... it's to schedule a phone estimate?
Love the idea of having an online calender, how did you set that up?
Also I never got why people still have something like HOME on their phone number, you have the numbers next to it so not talking about you specifically, but like 1-800-COMCAST ... they don't even have the numbers, I ONLY have a cell phone so I have no clue what numbers COMCAST is, I bet a ton of companies loose business this way.
I can block off and adjust my time slots for appointments on the online calendar.
These are times that I meet with the homeowner/roof inspection/ price and presentation.
The calendar syncs, so I can be using it at the same time a calltaker is talking and entering a free estimate appointment with the prospect.
This all gets sent to my phone through email also.
If I don't get a sale, it is always a good feeling to get back in the truck and check my phone and see that 3 more appointments came in.
Once the call taker enters there information and schedules there appointment....it is automatically set up to send an email reminding them about there appointment a day before.
If you go to www.erieparoofing.com
.....click on schedule an estimate. You will see what I mean. You can also call 814-898-4663 24/7 and schedule a fake estimate if you want. I will just delete it. Very rarely does someone get annoyed with the call takers. When I show up for the appointment they usually say....everyone else I called had an answering machine or told me they would check there schedule and get back to me.
Before I even meet the homeowner they are already assuming we aren't cheap. That's great.
We don't pay for our Vanity phone number. We asked our local phone company what phone numbers were not in use. Purchased the number and have it on permanent forwarding to our main phone line.

Thanks mike I have a vanity number as well. 1-800-roof-clean.
I think it can help on yard signs. Personally when i am driving past a Job, I can't make out the numbers and memorize While driving, but maybe that's just my personal problem. Lol
