Hey guys, this is Lisa, Eric's wife. I am covering for Eric while he is working in Memphis, TN and have a question about cleaning a rubber roof. Would you pressure wash or soft wash it and what mix ratio would you use if you were to soft wash it?

Rubber roofs seldom have much pitch, so you may not get enough runoff to leave it clean looking. I usually use a 40% mix and then use a pressure washer to rinse it-they sometimes have little pockets that hold water and will leave a discoloration mark. Don't get me wrong though. A rubber roof is the easies roof to clean made!

I put the address in, but it showed up a white ranch? I would start off low with the 20% SH mix see what happens, I believe some guys have clean a rubber track before just soft-washing.
Hi Lisa, I do what Chuck does, soap it up, let it dwell and then use a fan nozzle to whisk it clean. Keep in mind though, these rubber roofs are EXTREMELY slippery when they're soaped up, I mean worse than ice,Ha,Ha...You can't even move without sliding around.
